Cranes, trains and the Floating Harbour provide the setting for a museum housed in a former transit shed. Its exhibits range from models of Bristol's early ships to a mock-up of the flight deck of Concorde, with buses, cars and motorcycles in between. The work of maintaining the museum's engines and boats is continuous, and BIM has a lively team of volunteers who do just that. THey also help to run the events in which everyone can join!

Ask for details of the events and activities which run most weekends between March and November.
