Leadership and Management Facilitator

This full-time role involves delivering leadership and management development programmes both face-to-face and online, coaching colleagues, and supporting learning activities across Southern England. The position requires travel to locations including Bristol, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Lyneham, and London, and aims to strengthen leadership capability within Babcock. Candidates should have relevant leadership and training qualifications and experience.
